The staff, especially Mr Pema from housekeeping and Dina at the reception, were extremely friendly and helpful, really adding to the positive experience. I did have a small hiccup with the slow WiFi, but everything else was so good that it didn't bring me down.

Helena the cleaning lady and the reception staff were kind and professional. Made my stay memorable with their excellent service.

Staff members were unhelpful, and there were several disappointments, such as the unavailability of a requested non-smoking room and the disregard for customer complaints.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel near Mall of Emirates. the room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff was attentive to my needs. the location is convenient with several Indian restaurants and three supermarkets in the vicinity. the manager was quick to assist us upon arrival and ensured everything was arranged smoothly. the breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There were some areas for improvement. It would be beneficial for them to listen to guests' concerns and be more flexible in accommodating requests.

The spacious and clean rooms, along with the helpful staff, made our stay memorable. The price was very attractive for the high standards offered. The relaxation facilities like the spa, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi added to our enjoyment. The nearby landmarks such as Al Jaber Gallery and Ski Dubai provided unique experiences that enhanced our family bonding. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Dubai.

Enjoyed my long stay in the one-bedroom apartment—plenty of space for my friends! The buffet breakfast was a highlight, especially the Indian dishes at Spice Story. Convenient area with supermarkets and a bus stop nearby. Loved the vibrant colors of the Indian cuisine. The staff made my stay stress-free. Bonus: Cardio with a view! Made Dubai feel like home. Wished I could stay longer to explore more of the emirate.

I was eager to visit Ski Dubai and chose Montreal Barsha for its location. However, the extended buffet breakfast at Spice Story pleasantly surprised me. The selection of Continental and Indian dishes was delicious, and the vibrant colors and aromatic flavors added to the dining experience.

the montreal barsha has impressively clean rooms, and the location is so convenient - just a stone's throw from mall of emirates! the staff are super helpful - even rescheduling my stay when i got sick. also, the internet speed is top-notch.

The hotel's location was very convenient for me as a senior woman, with easy access to the Mall of Emirates and other nearby attractions. The hotel's decor and general areas were well-maintained and had a welcoming ambiance, making it easy for me to navigate around. Additionally, the accessibility for senior people was great, with facilities designed to cater to our needs.

A better vacation experience for senior people would be enhanced if the children of the staff were more attentive and proactive in providing assistance to senior guests.

i had a fantastic experience at Montreal Barsha. the personnel were kind and supportive, offering an early check-in. the room had a fantastic view of the local mosque. afshan, the receptionist, was very helpful in quickly assisting with our PCR test results for our flight. shadiq provided excellent service in the lobby.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the internet connection and speed at the hotel. the cleaning service was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. the service staff at breakfast were friendly and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed the grand entrance hall, which gave a nice first impression upon arrival.

the shower pressure was disappointingly slow, and there was no special compartment for taking a shower.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location just a short walk from a popular mall. the convenience of having access to the metro and bus stops nearby was a plus, but we found that taxis were cheap and convenient, so we opted for those instead. the staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even allowed us to check in early free of charge after our long overnight flight. the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, with extremely comfortable beds. the rooftop pool, sauna, and gym added to our overall enjoyable stay. We also loved the beautiful view from our room overlooking a stunning mosque at night.

I recently stayed at Carlton Al Barsha for 11 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and within walking distance of Mall of the Emirates. The room rates were reasonable and there are plenty of facilities, supermarkets, and restaurants in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Maha and Mr. Sharath, who went above and beyond to solve any issues I had. The early check-in they provided was also much appreciated. The hotel also has a nice rooftop pool.

This hotel location is excellent for shopping, as it is next to a big mall; plus, a mosque is just a short walk away. The surroundings are quiet, which is good for a peaceful stay. The staff here is very welcoming. The WiFi connection is excellent. The hotel offers lots of parking spaces, making staying here very convenient.

The food might be overpriced and not good, but there are many local spots around that guests can explore instead.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and it met all the requirements of a luxury Dubai conference hotel. The meeting and banqueting rooms were fully equipped and provided superior quality and service. The 4-star conference rooms, 24-hour business center, fully equipped gym, and wireless internet throughout the hotel made my stay convenient and productive.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a larger variety of international power plugs in the room.

This hotel is in a great area with lots of Indian restaurant options and 3 supermarkets are nearby, which made things very convenient for me. The staff at night was there to greet me on arrival and was willing to help in a quick and efficient manner. The room was equipped with many amenities like an in-room safe, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The spa was also amazing and offered treatments like full body massages. the service provided was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
